We are approved by, and experienced with most government lending programs, including FHA, Farmer’s Home, VA, and OHFA.  We are also approved by the major lenders in the area, including the Huntington National Bank, KeyBank, Bank One, National City Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Charter One Bank, First Merit Bank, and Second National Bank of Warren, just to name a few. 

We offer all forms of real estate title insurance, including Owner’s policies, Lender’s policies, and Lease Hold Policies.  We also offer various related services, including title searches, lien searches, UCC searches, bankruptcy searches, and tax searches.  We offer complete escrow services and can act as a qualified intermediary for tax-free exchanges. 

Through alliances that we have with others we can arrange other types of real estate related services, such as surveys, inspections, including well, septic, and termite inspections, appraisals, and environmental examinations.  One of our most valuable resources is our connection with the Law Firm of Williams, Welser & Kratcoski, which is located in the same building as Kent Title Agency. Our owner’s are partners in the law firm  and a large part of their practice focuses on commercial, and residential real estate.  This resource provides prompt access to legal advice concerning real estate and title insurance matters and ability to have legal documents prepared promptly.
